90 Days to a Better You

What this program is Going To do:

  • Give you a jumpstart to a new, healthy lifestyle for you

  • Make fitness and nutrition a life-long enjoyment

What this program is not:

  • A transformation that’s going to fix everything in 90 days

  • An extreme diet

  • Soley based on working out

  • Crazy workout schedules

  • Restrictive and difficult

 

What Can you expect during the 90 days?

This is not a transformation program. I am in no way, shape, or form promising you quick fixes. What I do promise is that after you leave this program, you will have the tools to create lasting behaviors that will lead to a healthy relationship with exercise and (hopefully) have you ditching the toxic diet culture. The best part is you aren’t doing it alone. You will be in a group with other people who are in the trenches with you. Their workouts will be different, as they are based on each individual, but they are going through the same thing. You can expect to learn a great deal through this program. You’ll learn how to create new, sustainable habits when it comes to fitting fitness into your life. You will finally understand what eating “healthy” means. You’ll stop labeling foods as “good” or “bad.” You’ll learn how to improve your sleep and raise your overall quality of life. You may find that throughout this program other things in your life are “falling into place.” Fitness will not be so hard or daunting when we’re in this program because I take the complications out of it for you.

 

This program entails:

  • A customized workout plan for 2-3 days a week of strength training, along with cardio. You’ll access these plans through an app I use that shows you the weight, reps, and simple video examples of proper form for each workout.

  • Support from myself and the others in the program - I’m a real person, not a robot. If you have any problems or concerns, I’m here to help make adjustments and get you back on track. The Facebook group you will be in along with the other members is where you’ll be able to ask questions, share non-scale victories, catch educational videos, live updates from me, and worksheets for you to do on your own. My hope is that you will find a safe space in our community to make friends and comrades through this lifestyle change.

  • Weekly topics to help equip you with the tools to make this sustainable after the 90 days are long over. These topics range from time management, healthy eating, meditation, and so much more. Each week will have information from top experts in the field through posted videos that hit each area to help make your lifestyle change a reality.

  • You will need to want to make this change. I can only do so much for you. In order for this program to succeed, you will need to want to do this. I am here to support you through your journey with easily attainable challenges and goals. But if you don’t do them yourself, you won’t see or feel any changes at the end of these 90 days.
