How Does Online Training Work?

I use a platform called Trainerize to deliver customized training programs to your smartphone. You have the benefits of a trainer with the freedom to workout whenever and wherever it works for you.

Do you help me with my medical conditions or injuries?

As long as you are medically cleared to partake in an exercise program, yes. I am also happy to consult with your physician to ensure your program is set up for success.

Do I need to belong to a gym?

Nope, you don’t even need to equipment for my programs.

Can I cancel my membership/program?

What a bummer, but life happens, if you need to cancel you must do so 30 days prior to your next billing.  No refunds will be provided.

What level of support will I get with your program?

Any questions you have will be answered in 24 hours. I will reach out weekly through the app’s chat section to make sure everything is going well. Should you require any additional support you can schedule a 20 minute phone call.

What happens when I’m traveling or on vacation?

Not to worry! Where you go I go (I wish)! While you’re away I will make adjustments to your program to accommodate your travel.
